Welcome to the SisterMind Tribe, a virtual women's group dedicated to guiding you on a transformative journey towards living and loving authentically. Our tribe is a supportive community designed to help you break through barriers that might be hindering your path to the life you truly desire.

Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment, reaching your goals and desires with the collective support of the group. Through activating and mindfulness practices, we aim to guide you into a more fulfilling and authentic existence.

If you find yourself feeling stuck or grappling with limiting thoughts that hinder the woman you aspire to be, SisterMind Tribe is here for you! Our discussions will cover a range of topics, including embracing feminine energy, summoning courage, undergoing the rebirth process, navigating dating, exploring entrepreneurship, fostering spiritual growth and development, delving into tantric practices, and much more.

Remember, you don't need any specific knowledge or experience to join—just an open mind and heart to learn, grow, and connect with one another. We will meet twice per month, and the days and times are still in the works. I would like to gather input from those interested to determine the most ideal schedule for our collective journey. Join us on this enriching expedition to unlock your true potential and live the life you envision.

First Meeting Theme: Let that Sh*t Go!

Date: Feb 9th, 2024 @ 12pm CST/ 1pm EST

Homework Prior: Reflect in your journal about aspects of your life that feel burdensome—people, memories, or belief systems that hinder your full expression of power and light. For example, acknowledging beliefs like feeling unworthy of success or fearing self-exposure. Be honest with yourself, and feel free to share with the group to release and lighten the load.

Outline:

  • Brief Meditation

  • Introduction: Share your name, location, and your expectations from these sessions

  • Body Warm-Up: Shaking and Movement

  • Sharing: Express what you're ready to let go of

  • Swamping: Engage in cathartic activities like dancing, screaming, or punching things with music support

  • Yoga Nidra: Deep Relaxation

  • Journaling: Reflect on memories, emotions, and experiences

Second Meeting Theme: Energize with Chakra Healing

Date: Feb 23rd, 2024 @ 12pm CST/ 1pm EST Sign up Now

Homework Prior: Familiarize yourself with the chakra system, and journal about which chakras you feel are in balance and which ones need attention. Share your insights. On the day of our session, avoid heavy foods, alcohol, and excessive caffeine to maintain clean and clear energy for maximum benefits from the group energy healing.

  • Brief Meditation on Chakras

  • Yoga/Kundalini Exercises Targeting Chakras

  • Sharing: Identify which chakras you feel are out of balance

  • Group Healing: Receive a group chakra-balancing healing session

  • Journaling: Write about your experience and any insights you recieved
