Rough Draft of our Daily Rhythms:
**1st Day: Arrive & Ground**
- 3pm-5pm: Participants arrive and check-in
- 5pm-6pm: Opening Ceremony + Tour of the The Sagrada (Spanish for “Sacred”) Ranch
- 6:30pm-8pm: Welcome Dinner + Bonfire with Intentions
**2nd Day: Explore & Restore**
- 8am: Morning Yoga and Meditation
- 9am: Breakfast
- 10am-2pm: Tour of the charming, artistic town of San Miguel de Allende
- 2pm- 5pm: Decompress & enjoy all the amenities @ The Sagrada Ranch (Book a massage, walk the grounds, rest, take advantage of the sauna room)
- 5pm-7pm: Cacao Ceremony with Itzel + Energy Healing from Jacqueline
- 7pm: Dinner @ Sagrada Ranch
**3rd Day: Release**
- 8am: Morning Yoga and Meditation
- 9am: Breakfast
- 9am-2pm: Temazcal Rebirth Ceremony led by a local Shaman (If you are challenged by heat there are other options which will support your process of rebirth)
- 2pm-6pm: Free time (Book a massage, tarot card reading, walk the grounds, rest, take advantage of the sauna room)
- 6pm: Dinner @ the Ranch
- 7:30pm: Yoga Nidra
**4th Day: Rebirth**
- 8am: Morning Yoga and Meditation
- 9am: Breakfast
- 10am- 3pm: Day Trip to the La Gruta Hot Springs (lunch included at the center)
- 3pm-6pm: Free time
- 6:30pm: Leave for Dinner at the rooftop restaurant in town, Quince
- Optional: Dancing in town to celebrate our journey together!
**5th Day: Closing**
- 8am: Morning Yoga and Meditation
- 9am: Closing Breakfast: A final gathering to share initial intentions
- Farewell and departure

There is an option for monthly installments from the time you book till the start of the retreat (March 27th, 2024) for no + fees.
What’s included?
5 days, 4 nights. Your own private room + access to the entire Sagrada Ranch: the breakfast hall area, the Indoor Temple, Outdoor Spaces, Use of our Ancient Spa area that includes a traditional wood-fired-sauna, cold plunge and therapy room.
Food:
Three healthy vegetarian authentic Mexican food meals per day with a welcome and farewell dinner setup + dinner night in the town.
Healing:
Daily yoga and meditation practices
Enjoyment:
Tour of San Miguel de Allende+ Ceremony + Dinner night out in town (includes appetizers for the group, one meal + one drink/pp)
Transportation:
Shuttle to and from Guanajuato airport (León/Bajio International Airport): 1 hr, 45 min hour commute.

Prices Include all meals, transportation to and from the airport, activities and yoga classes. Does not include airfare.

The shared rooms will be on a first come, first serve basis on order of sign ups and requests.
Flights:
You will be flying in and out of Portland, Maine. Please try to arrive before 5pm on June 8th. I will be picking you up and dropping you off at the airport!
Food:
We will be having a local chef preparing Lunch and Dinner in the Cabin for us. Please let me know of any dietary restrictions you might have!
Please Note:
I will be staying in a different Airbnb located just 5 minutes down the road. I wanted to bring my sweet boy, Boomer- my pup, and the cabin in not dog friendly. I will host some parts of the retreat at the Yurt. Please let me know if you have a dog allergy!
